Is there a free trial?+
Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial on Starter or Growth. No credit card required, and you keep your data if you decide to continue.
How is a 'seat' counted?+
A seat is any user who signs in to quortix.ai — admin or sales. Read-only viewers and customers in a guided selling flow are free.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime; we prorate the change on your next invoice.
Do you offer monthly billing?+
Annual billing is standard. Monthly billing is available on Growth and above with a small uplift — ask sales.
What about implementation fees?+
Starter and Growth are self-serve, no implementation fees. Enterprise includes a scoped onboarding package with a dedicated solution architect.
